When you launch the game it will do an autodetection and rewrite the renderer. There should be no need to reenable the driver manually in the device manager but you can check it to see if everything is ok. Right-click anywhere on the screen to bring Nvidia panel and adjust the graphic options. The card should be detected and re-enabled automatically and the Nvidia manager should adjust the correct values by itself.

When it's done shut down the computer (turn off power). If not, remove the card completely (in the device manager, not from the computer case) confirm the action and the screen will turn black and reopen in 640X480 16 colours.
